Soccer Day

Good evening everyone! I’m sure the kids will be tired tonight. We gathered together this morning to talk about their night and worked hard on our cultural show this morning. Today the kids went to class with their hosts for a while before lunch. The students had lunch and recess where they played soccer. After recess their hosts has gym and they played MORE soccer. It’s funny listening to the teachers and the Ecuadorian students. They didn’t expect our kids to be so great at soccer! One boy even said, “ the girls are SOO much better than our girls at soccer!” We’ve been giving them a run for their money! After gym we went to our classroom where we relaxed and cooled off with some water. We did one more quick run through of the show and it was time to go home. It was a beautiful, but hot day today in Guayaquil. Tomorrow we are going on a field trip. We can’t wait to share more of our trip with you!

  10. Hola Amigos!
1-D just looked at your pictures of you playing soccer. Go Cougars! We wish we had a soccer field like that at St. Mary. Theo says "Hi!" to Gus! It looks pretty hot. Cora wants to know how hot is it? Lilah wants to know if the school has a library and specials? Sophia wants to know where did you go on your fieldtrip?
